Hello! I am Mark Raynsford

Age: 37 Location: Milford, Surrey.

My motivation is to get you results. If you’re happy, then I’m happy! It shows that I’m doing my job, you’re putting the effort in, both inside and out of our workouts! I want you to achieve your results as much as you do, my reputation is on the line, as is my self-motivation! Nobody likes to fail.

I have been coached by some of the UK’s top trainers, including Mike Heatlie who is responsible for making Gwen Steffani look how she does!

Nick Grantham and Duncan French, 2 of the countries top Strength and conditioning coaches, who work with Premier League football clubs, and UK athletes.

Matt Lovell who works as the nutritionist for England Rugby, a number of Premier league clubs and UK athletes.

Many of my training courses are with Dax Moy, the UK’s most experienced and expensive PT! – I train with the best, to provide the best possible service!

I have mentored a number of PT’s to assist with expanding both their businesses and Fitness knowledge.

I have also run a number of “GymFree” workshops around the country with a PT colleague, showing people the most effective way to exercise and eat for health and fat loss.

I have also trained TV celebrities, and have regular articles and features in GQ Magazine, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, FHM, Runner’s World, and have appeared on BBC Radio, proving my opinions and methods matter! This is why I AM busy.

Prior to starting Mark Raynsford Personal Training, back in 2002, I worked within a local gym. This gave me an insight into how many clients are working out ineffectively or incorrectly, due mostly to being left to their own devices once inducted. You can see people wandering around the gym like lost souls, repeating the same old machines and exercises, resulting in a drop in benefits and motivation. Nutrition, the key to fat loss, is something that gyms rarely discuss with their customers.

I have food plans, and key ‘secrets’ which gyms do not supply, to help you lose body fat, and tone up effectively! You will get fully focussed workouts, with nutritional backup, and therefore a proper ‘gym’/health and fitness service!

I have keen interests in most sports, varying from cricket, duathlons and cycling, rugby, mixed martial arts, and football, where I worked as the physiotherapist for the Woking Youth Academy side. I also practiced Thai boxing for a number of years and often combine some of the fitness and self defence aspects of this sport in my sessions.

Hi – I’m Kate!

Kate has been working in the health and fitness industry for six years, both as a kickboxing instructor and Personal Trainer. She has trained in martial arts for 8 years, holds a black belt in two styles of kickboxing and competes at professional level in K1 full contact kickboxing.

Kate has qualified as/with;
Bsc Hons Degree in Science and Management of Exercise, Sport and Health
Advanced Personal Trainer level 3 (REPS)
Kickboxing instructor
Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
NLP practitioner
